Moving day

Well this first picture wasn't taken on moving day but it was taken a few days before and I loved Sean's way of keeping Maia contained.

Maia was a pretty good sport about it all and I'm glad because she allowed for us to get a lot done. She did spend a bit of time in her pack and play...

blocked into rooms...

Playing with everything that she could get her hands on and...

hanging out in her chair.

Our poor little car died right before we were to move. It needed about 1000 dollars of repairs and we weren't quite sure what to do. So we ended up renting a tow for our rental truck and that turned into a huge debacle. The place we were renting the truck from didn't have the size truck we ordered and they didn't have the tow. So we had to go an hour north to get the truck, (luckily a friend let us borrow their car) and then the next morning we were going to have to drive an hour south to get the tow. That made us an hour late on our packing and getting everything ready for the people who were going to help us move.

This is our little Buena Vista house.

Maia and Parley all ready to go.

A quick family selfy.

One last goodbye. BV have been good to us. We learned a lot, made some very good friends and this town is where we played our sports, gained education, started our little family and where we welcomed Maia into the world. BV you will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
