On December 10th, Maia and I headed out the door 6 hours later then expected to fly out to Utah. Our original flight had been cancelled so we were booked on an 6 pm flight. We got into Dallas TX just in time! I didn't even have time to get the stroller at that gate. We had to book it to our next flight. luckily that flight was a little delayed or we wouldn't have made it at all and would have had to spend the night in Texas, which I did not want to have happen! Luckily our connecting flight was only a couple gates away so we were able to make it there quickly.
Since we had such a short transition time, our luggage spent the night in Texas. We didn't have any other cloths so we spent the day in our previous days outfits. It was alright, as we got the suitcase the next day, and I was just very grateful we made it.
The next morning we had the chance to go over to Sean's brothers house and hang out with their little boy.
Maia and J loved fighting over grandma's phone and then they learned a little bit about sharing.
That night Melanie came over to say hi to Maia and I and hang out a little.
Maia loved all the attention and put on a little bit of a show.
On Thursday, (we were cleaned and ready to go this day) Maia got a piano lesson from Grandma.
Next day it was grandpa's turn to play with Maia. Maia and I went to see Terry's new office and to check out some children's books at the library.
On Friday, Sean flew in and our family was complete! Maia missed her daddy and was glad to hang out with him.
On Sunday, Maia had some great girl time with her Aunt Brittany.
And Aunt Brit's phone.
Then she moved onto Grandpa's phone.
She even found time to have a little snuggle time with me.
