Mine frenemy

Oh food thou arest mine frenemy
At times Thou bringest me such joy
Such pleasure and satifaction
Thou nourish mine body and comfort my soul
Thine delectibles, savorys and bounteous good
At moments can be so sublime

And then oh food thou rearest your ugly head
Thou enflaimest my body with firey heat
Thou cometh back up with ner a thought
Thine once pleastentrys are now at war
With a foe that once held you close and warm.

Oh food mine fond old friend
Let us end all this struggle and this strife
Thine goodness surly should out weigh
This constant battle being fought in this life
Between thy body and mine we must come to an agreement
That life is much better when we work together
